Submit your cards
Fill out the digital form, select your service level, and ship your cards in card savers or top loaders to our Richmond, Indiana facility.
Authentication
Every card is authenticated first — we verify originality and detect trimming, re-coloring, restoration, or tampering before any grade is assigned.
Expert grading
Our graders evaluate centering, corners, edges, and surface on a precise 1–10 scale. Optional subgrades displayed right on the label.
Encapsulation & return
Cards are sealed in tamper-evident, UV-resistant cases with a custom EJE label. A payment link is emailed before return shipping.

Tobacco, 52–56 Topps Jumbo, 55pt, 100pt, 130pt & 180pt cards.

Choose a minimum grade threshold — cards below it come back unslabbed. Free.
The scale
4 VG–EX · 3 Very Good
Pronounced corner rounding through significant wear; creases and surface degradation; card remains intact.
2 Good · 1 Poor
Heavy wear, creasing, scuffing or discoloration; at 1, severe damage including tears, stains, or paper loss.
A Authentic
Verified genuine but ungraded due to alteration, trimming, recoloring, or extreme condition issues.
7 Near-Mint
Front up to 70/30 · back up to 75/25. Noticeable corner/edge wear; light scratches or print defects; well-structured.
6 Excellent-Mint
Front up to 75/25 · back up to 80/20. Clear signs of handling, multiple areas of visible wear, structurally sound.
5 Excellent
Front up to 80/20 · back up to 85/15. Moderate wear, rounded corners or edge chipping, light creasing possible.
9 Mint
Front up to 60/40 · back up to 65/35. Strong presentation; minor flaws visible only on close inspection.
8 Normal-Mint
Front up to 65/35 · back up to 70/30. Mild corner or edge wear, light surface flaws, clean attractive appearance.
10+ Pristine
Front up to 52/48 · back up to 55/45. Virtually flawless eye appeal, razor-sharp corners & edges, no visible flaws under magnification.
10 Gem Mint
Front up to 55/45 · back up to 60/40. Outstanding eye appeal, sharp corners and edges, only the most minor imperfections.
Half-grade policy: EJE may assign half grades (9.5, 7.5, 6.5) when a card clearly falls between two levels. 1.5 is designated "1.5 – Fair."

Centering
Border alignment on both front and back to assess image positioning.
Corners
Each corner examined for sharpness, wear, and fraying under magnification.
Edges
All four edges inspected for chipping, nicks, and rough cuts.
Surface
Evaluated for scratches, print defects, staining, and blemishes.

Fill out the form, then print and include it with your shipment — or submit digitally and we'll confirm by email.
